On Jan. 20, the Consulate General of Israel in Los Angeles, based in Westwood, paid tribute to the brave firefighters from Los Angeles who worked hand-in-hand with Israeli first responders battling the blazes in Israel during the November fire crisis.
The state-to-state relationship, as well as the personal friendships that have developed between the first responders in Los Angeles and Israel, serve as a reminder of the strong ties between the two countries.
