The Brentwood Homeowners Association, one of the oldest and largest homeowner associations in California, will kick off its Annual Summer Picnic Sunday, Aug. 30 from 1 to 4 pm at Crestwood Hills Park.
With over 3,200 homes since 1946, BHA encompasses homes from the 405 to Canyon View Drive and San Vicente Boulevard to Chalon Road.
The picnic touts a meet-and-greet with Councilmember Mike Bonin, entertainment and games, and free food (including a hot dog or two from Pink’s).
“Over 1,000 homeowners regularly pay non-compulsory dues, which shows tremendous respect and support for our organization and our mission,” BHA Vice President/Treasurer Rod Liber told Brentwood News.
“The Annual Picnic is held to bring neighbors together is a fun and collegial atmosphere. Our Annual Meeting, held in March, draws close to 500 concerned residents. This picnic is family-friendly and serves to help neighbors get to know each other better.”
