Celebrate Earth Day a day early with puppeteer Ilene Cohen on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at 11:00 am in the Children’s Activity Room at the Main Library, 601 Santa Monica Boulevard. Ilene and her puppet friends will share stories that highlight nature and our planet.
After the show children can decorate grocery bags donated by our local, Santa Monica Von’s store with artwork celebrating the theme of Earth Day. Children are invited to donate their bags back to Vons and the local community. This program is recommended for ages four and older.
