Los Angeles is the city of dreams, obsessed with status, beauty, and power; a community focused on “me†. Amidst a Hollywood culture that is always looking for a new way to deny impermanence, Nictern asks , “Is there any possibility to connect with a person’s true nature to be fully awake? Is there any way to relax and open to a perspective beyond ‘what about me?’â€
