America’s musical sweetheart Taylor Swift will carry a leading six nominations into Sunday’s presentation of the 2015 American Music Awards, including a nod for artist of the year.

The songstress will compete for the top prize with Luke Bryan, Ariana Grande, Maroon 5, Nicki Minaj, One Direction, Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, Meghan Trainor and The Weeknd. Swift has won the honor three times previously.

With 16 career wins, Swift could surpass Whitney Houston’s record of 21 American Music Awards if she wins in all six categories. In addition to artist of the year, Swift is up for song of the year, favorite female artist-rock/pop, favorite album-rock/pop, adult contemporary artist and collaboration of the year.

Sheeran and The Weeknd each have five nominations, while Minaj, Smith, Trainor, Sam Hunt and Walk the Moon each have three.

The show, billed as “the world’s biggest fan-voted award show,” will be hosted by Jennifer Lopez at the Microsoft Theater in downtown Los Angeles, and will air on ABC at 8 p.m.

The show will feature a host of big-name musical performances from the likes of Lopez, 5 Seconds of Summer, Coldplay, Selena Gomez, One Direction, Nick Jonas, Demi Lovato, Macklemore and Lewis, Gwen Stefani and Carrie Underwood.

In a tribute to Paris in light of the recent terrorist attacks, Celine Dion will perform Edith Piaf’s “Hymne a L’Amour” in French.

Among those scheduled to serve as presenters are Terry Crews, Taylor Lautner, Jeremy Renner, Alicia Silverstone, Jeremy Sisto, Hailee Steinfeld, Wilmer Valderrama, Donnie Wahlberg, Julianne Hough, Kylie Jenner and Wiz Khalifa.
