Coastal Commission Looks to Clean Up Palisades Highlands Trailhead

The California Coastal Commission has issued a cease-and-desist order and administrative penalty to development company Headland Property Associates in regards to the Temescal Ridge Trailhead, citing unsanitary conditions.
