The City of Beverly Hills Concerts on Canon summer series welcomes acoustic rock band, Dakota, to Beverly Canon Gardens on June 16.
Dakota is an acoustic rock band from California that will play favorite classic rock songs from the 60’s and 70’s. They will also introduce audience members to some of their own original music. Sounds of Bill Rotella and Kirk Evans will bring you back to music that changed a generation.
This popular, free outdoor entertainment series takes place every Thursday in the summer, which started June 2 and goes through September 1, with two 45-minute musical sets at 6 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. Tables and chairs are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, but there is plentiful seating on the large, grassy area for your blankets. Guests can have their own picnic in the park by bringing their own picnic- packed meal or purchasing a boxed meal from one of the neighboring restaurants.
Beverly Canon Gardens is located on Canon Drive between the Montage Hotel and Bouchon Restaurant. Parking is available adjacent to Beverly Canon Gardens.
All concerts in this series are performed in Beverly Canon Gardens, 241 North Canon Drive, Beverly Hills, California, 90210. For more information, visit www.beverlyhills.org/exploring/eventsandactivities.
