On April 6, 2013 Loyola Marymount University (LMU) will host its first TEDx conference 11:00am – 5:30pm with a cocktail Reception to follow. The event will take place at LMU’s Murphy Hall.
Emceed by Rob Benedict, TEDxLoyolaMarymountU will answer questions such as “what does a lemon have to do with student empowerment?†and “what does a shoe exec know about culture?†.
The conference is laced with performances and appearances from organizations such as Educators 4 Excellence, Nation Builder, and Tioki. With the TED brand behind its back, LMU is putting itself at the center of the education reform conversation.
