This day long retreat aimed at all ages and orientations, will consist of sitting meditation, discussion, talks, and a chance to meet other single people interested in the path of meditation.
Topics will include: making friends with fear, loneliness as a path to awakening, respectful communication, how to engage in the dating world with confidence and kindness.
