Santa Monica Airport, between Centinela and Walgrove Avenues in Santa Monica, will host its second annual Open House on September 22, 2012 11:00am – 4:00pm.
Enjoy a free, fun-filled day exploring the airport’s campus which includes; The Museum of Flying, The Santa Monica Airport Observation Decks, Santa Monica Art Studios, the Airport Park Recreation area, on-site restaurants, S’cream Truck and more.
Special events on the day include guided mini-bus tours of the active air field perimeter, a display of vintage and contemporary aircraft, and mural painting by aviation artist Mike Machat.
