This is an interactive retreat to give voice to who we truly are through non-verbal and verbal exploration and self-discover.
Gain practical tools will be shared so that participants can change how they see ourselves, how they want to be seen, to reduce stress and stay in the moment thus enabling people to think on their feet and fulfill their potential.
The all day workshop will take place on February 25, 2012
9:00am – 5:00pm at First Presbyterian Church of Santa Monica
