Jagadguru Kripalu Yog (JKY), a non-profit organization, is organizing a series of week-long programs in Sunnyvale, CA and Fremont, CA . These programs will include enlightening spiritual discourses and sessions on yoga, meditation, subtle-body relaxation & wellness.
The first part of the session will focus on Yoga, Meditation, Subtle-Body Relaxation, Pranayam, Science of proper diet etc. and the second part will include spiritual discourses and devotional chanting to purify the mind and soul.
Admission to all the four events is Free and Light meals will be served after the session each day.

For the last two decades, he has been travelling far and wide in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, USA, Nepal and Europe, awakening hundreds of thousands of seekers. Swamiji is the senior disciple of Jagadguru Shree Kripaluji Maharaj.
Jagadguru Kripalu Yog is a system of Yoga that incorporates five esoteric Vedic sciences for complete physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual health.
