Patrick Luke has been promoted to director of multi-family acquisitions for StarPoint Properties, LLC, a leading real estate investment company that specializes in the acquisition, redevelopment and repositioning of multifamily and commercial properties nationwide. He was formerly senior acquisitions manager for the company.

In his new role, Luke will be at the helm of the Los Angeles acquisitions department. He will expand his present responsibilities to include the overall strategic direction for the firm’s acquisitions of multifamily properties as well as the management of the six-member team responsible for the acquisitions, dispositions and financing of the firms investments nationwide.
Since joining StarPoint Properties, LLC in November 2005, Luke has completed over $400 million in transactions during his tenure.

Luke received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
