Join Executive Chef Monique King (NINETHIRTY and The Backyard restaurants at W Hotel Los Angeles) for a creative twist on cooking with citrus. This class will demo 3 fresh recipes from Monique’s kitchen: Roasted baby beet salad with arugula, grapefruit, blue cheese and horseradish dressing, Quinoa salad with blood orange, fresh mint, peppers and shallot, and Meyer lemon chicken salad crostini with black olives and caper vinaigrette.
