In this dynamic workshop we will explore the principals of Love and Abundance through the exploration of the Indian Goddess Lakshmi. Tapping into this source of the Divine Feminine that is ever present, can catapult us into new levels of engagement with our lives. Abundance is not about getting what we want, but truly excepting whatever is present in our lives. This is a fierce and powerful place to come from that is not for the faint of heart, it asks us to take responsibility for our experience of life and begs us to ask very honest questions about ourselves and our experiences.
Come prepared to move, stretch, breathe and explore new ways of being in relationship with life through yoga, meditation/guided imagery, breathing/pranayama, and a creative writing exercise.
