Wristbands will be distributed Sunday for people hoping to attend a free four-day health care clinic coming to the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena Thursday through Sept. 14.
The wristbands will be available starting at 9 a.m. Sunday at the arena in Exposition Park. The clinic hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This will be the third year in a row that the Los Angeles nonprofit organization Care Harbor has put on the event.
The wristbands will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Patients can choose the date they want to attend the clinic and the selected date will be reflected in the wristband.
Wristbands for children or patients who can’t go to the clinic on their own will be given to the parent or caregiver. This person must accompany the patient to the clinic and only the patient will receive services.
