Between 11/28/12 at 3:30 pm and 11/29/12 at 6:30 am, suspect (s) climbed over fence to gain entry onto construction site. Suspect (s) then torched open locked tool boxes and pried open door to a single family residence to gain entry and remove more construction tools.
