The title for this year’s Creative Conversation is Maximize your Impact: Create Growth at Every Point in Your Career with inspiration for programming drawn largely from the Center for Cultural Innovation’s (CCI) NextGen Arts Leadership Initiative. This statewide survey sought to unearth the opinions of emerging professionals as well as what they saw as needs for their professional development. The results released in their report – “Nurturing California’s Next Generation Arts and Cultural Leaders†– was a pivotal source of inspiration for this year’s planning committee.
