Meet the stars of the “Mutual Manhattan Variety Cavalcade†as they take you on a delightful and nostalgic journey to the Big Band era and the days of live radio broadcasting. Tunes such as “Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy†and “Kalamazoo†weave through the adventures and misadventures of the radio show’s cast and crew.
Ms. Nan McNamara directs. Her directorial credits include two of the three plays comprising THE NIBROC TRILOGY at Actors Co-op, receiving a Garland Award Honorable Mention for her direction and amassing “Critic’s Choice†from the Los Angeles Times, “Critic’s Pick†from Backstage West and “Recommended†from the LA Weekly.
THE 1940’S RADIO HOUR is produced by Teresa Bisson. Musical direction is by Linda Kerns and Choreography is by Julie Hall.
