Just west of the Vincent Thomas Bridge, near the junction of Highway 47 and the 110 Freeway, take the Harbor Boulevard exit. On the off-ramp, stay in the center lane and cross Harbor onto Swinford Street. Cross Front Street and enter the toll gate.
