Three finalists will compete in front of a live audience at The Grove, for a chance to win the title of 2011 DOLE California Cook-Off winner.
Celebrity chef, Ben Ford, Executive Chef and Proprietor of Ford’s Filling Station will judge along an esteemed panel of guest judges. The contestants’ recipes will be judged on the best use of DOLE products, creativity, flavor and taste.
The Cook-Off winner will receive the championship title and a cash prize of $2,500.
