The Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust is hosting a fundraiser to bring more attention and funding to an important cause: more green space in the heart of urban Los Angeles.
The public is invited, June 6 from 4-6 p.m., to the Brentwood home of Thomas Safran, president of Thomas Safran & Associates, developers of affordable housing, at 627 Saltair Avenue where entertainment will be provided by artists in residence at two Land Trust parks: the baile folklorico troupe Las Flores de Jardin de Francis and Felix Tello, a flamenco guitarist. LASpice is donating catering for the event. Tickets cost $100 and are available in advance by calling 213-572-0188, on line at events@lanlt.org or on the day of the event.
