Nearly 50 years ago, when autism was virtually unknown and rarely diagnosed, the powerful story of “Dad’s in Heaven with Nixon” began about a family living with autism and their inspirational journey.
A film screening of Dad’s in Heaven with Nixon will take place Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at St. Martin of Tours School located at 11955 Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles.
There is a suggested donation of $10 per person with proceeds supporting Autism Speaks and the programs of St. Martin of Tours School.
“For anyone who wonders what Autism may look like in the future, the film screening of Dad’s in Heaven with Nixon is a must see,†says Peter H. Bell, Executive Vice President of Autism Speaks.
