Project SHIFT will host a Red Carpet Fundraiser event on September 26, 2009 to benefit the women and children of Visual Impact Now and Community’s Child with housing, health and eye care. Event will feature Celebrity Red Carpet arrivals, the Dave Parker vintage car collection, live music, runway show, food, cash bar and a Live and Silent Auction with rare Beatles and Rolling Stones signed guitars.
Celebrity hosts will include: Jake Busy, Brian White, Zach Roerig and Travis Van Winkle.
Visual Impact Now members include: CEO Ellen Hollman, CFO James Peragine, Secretary Paul Nelson as well as Community’s Child CEO, Tara Nierenhausen and Andrea Reiskin of SB Aesthetics.

DETAILS: Proceeds from Project SHIFT will benefit the homeless and low-income women and children of Community’s Child and their new health care program including eye care through Visual Impact Now. Funding will support safe housing in a structured environment where these women and children will obtain eye exams and eye wear, education, skills, training, and the personal support necessary to break the patterns associated with poverty and move forward toward self sufficiency.
