Happy Summer!
Ive been very busy scouting around town to report back to you on all the dog friendly establishments for your summer fun.
Being a Maltese, its great to have this column because I get to hear from everyone. Ive been getting lots of requests for places to visit in West Los Angeles, CA where I am as welcome as my human, Mary Ruth.
Remember that humans have those Health Department rules they have to follow. However, if you see a D in the restaurant window, steer clear because the D doesnt stand for dogs.
SUMMER FUN
Fourth of July Fun!
I had the most fun on Independence Day, doing my favorite thing I do each year, walking in the Pacific Palisades Parade with the Patriotic Pups. I had a great time, no cars to chase on Sunset Boulevard that afternoon, dogs and humans only.
Hotel Hangout
One of my favorites places to go is the Luxe Hotel Sunset Boulevard, in Bel-Air where I am treated like a special guest.
They have a great Doggie & Me program which includes a Junior Executive Suite, Doggy and Me Massages, special dog treats, and a soft Luxe blanket for snuggle time. They also have an outdoor patio restaurant where they are always happy to see me.
Treat yourself and your human to a weekend of pampering and when the relatives come for a visit tell them to bring their humans because theyre welcome too. 310.476.6571
CANINE COUTURE
When you need an ensemble that is Red Carpet worthy, Boo Boo Boulevard designs my favorites. Let me tell you, when Im wearing one of these beautiful, hand-made outfits, I can gather a crowd. They have sizes for all breeds and theyre available exclusively at Judys Pet Depot at 1278 Westwood Blvd. 310.470.4210.
PARTY TIME
Next issue, Im going to tell you about my plans for my 4th birthday party that will be done by Shazdehs Party Planning for spoiled and pampered pooches. Wait till you hear about this!
Gotta love this town.
