Renowned record producer Ron Fair, together with his wife Stefanie, who appears on the Bravo show “There Goes the Motherhood,” has listed his Brentwood property for a cool $15.5 million.
The home is actually a compound, and has a play area called Happy Times, and its own them song. The play area alone boasts 5,000 square feet of space and includes a custom cedar play set, a child-size play-house and a trampoline. The Fairs built the area for their four children aged 3 to 9. Happy Times was also recently featured on “There Goes the Motherhood.”
Fair is the former chief creative officer of Virgin Records and has worked with artists Christina Aguilera, Lady Gaga and the Black Eyed Peas.
Fair bought the compound, which sits on approximately one acre of land, back in 2008 for $7.25 million and then renovated the place. The 9,200 square foot property has six bedrooms, two kitchens, an office, greenhouse, catering kitchen and a gift-wrapping room. It also boasts a swimming pool and two guesthouses, one of which is a recording studio, the other, a sound stage.
Apparently, the Fairs are selling the property because they are moving to Tennessee. Fair told the Wall Street Journal, “We’re moving from Brentwood to Brentwood.” (Brentwood is also a suburb of Nashville.)
