Andrea Brandt, Ph.D., M.F.T., will be leading a workshop, Ageless Minds: New Ways to Embrace Your Future, on December 8-9, 2012 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Westwood Public Library in Los Angeles, California. The two-day workshop is focused on transforming people’s perspective on growing older and will consist of interactive exercises that tackle how individuals think, believe and feel about aging.
Joining Dr. Brandt are Lee Brubaker, Ph.D., who specializes in advanced short-term therapies, and Caren Kaye, Ph.D., whose practice focuses on the connection between mind, body and spirit.
Ageless Minds is designed to help participants develop the tools necessary to reclaim their inner selves through a combination of discussions, group interactions and experiential exercises. Participants will learn to leverage these tools to gain a deeper understanding of self through topical breakout sessions that include Sex & Virility, Grief & Loss and Redefining Yourself.
