Lindsay Buckingham Lists Brentwood Mansion for $22.5 Million

Photos: Berkshire Hathaway

Fleetwood Mac’s Lindsay Buckingham is selling his brand new Brentwood mansion. If you have $22.5 million to spare, this local gem can be yours.

Buckingham and his wife Kristen Messner bought the original property in 2012 for $5.8 million.

However, they tore down the then-1920s Spanish home to build what is now a six bedroom, seven bathroom mansion (and that doesn’t include the additional three half bathrooms).

The house sits on an almost one acre-lot and boasts a formal living room, multiple dining rooms, a chef’s kitchen and a library.

There’s also a guest house opposite the swimming pool, terraces, an outdoor shower and a fire pit.

The finished basement has a massage/fitness room, a laundry and a home theater.
