The Westwood Medical Plaza has been awarded the 2016 Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award, along with the Taj Mahal Medical Center in Orange County.
Both properties are owned and managed by The Muller Company, a real estate company specializing in management, investment and development of commercial real estate in the western United States.
The award comes from the Building Own- ers and Managers Association (BOMA), and is considered the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial
real estate industry, recognizing quality in buildings and rewarding excellence in building design, operation and management.
The Westwood Medica Plaza at 10921 Wilshire Blvd., is a 12-story, 155,000-square- foot “Class A” medical office building. The building offers spectacular views of Los Ange- les and features an art deco-style, grand lobby entrance and structured parking with valet.
The Westwood Medical Plaza has served the Westwood community for nearly 53 years, receiving more than 1,200 daily visits. The Plaza was renovated in 2016 and includes over 90 specialists in the fields of fertility, dermatology, physical therapy and Lasik eye surgery.
