The Century City Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Harvest Health and Wellness Festival on Oct. 26 at Century Park.
The all day free event open to the public showcased Century City’s doctors and practitioners. The event offered everything from massages, BMI exams and fitness demonstrations to health screenings and biomechanical evaluations.
There were also plenty of booths with educational resources for attendees to learn about diabetes, nutrition, meditation, yoga and weight management.
