Westfield shopping centers have partnered with Bright Pink, a national non-profit organization that supports breast and ovarian health in young women, for their second annual VIPiNK Weekend, Saturday, May 2 – Sunday, May 3. This is a nationwide initiative and locally, Westfield Topanga and Westfield Century City will host special events on Saturday May 2nd to support the organization.
Guests can attend Westfield Topanga’s VIPiNK Bash by purchasing a $10 ticket per person (or $10 ticket for families with up to two young children) in advance or on-site at the event, with all proceeds benefitting Bright Pink®. A VIPink Card with exclusive shopping discounts at participating Westfield Topanga retailers will be included with each ticket. Discounts are valid the entire weekend, May 2 – 3, at participating retailers. The 2015 VIPiNK Bash at Westfield Topanga will include: a DJ, Mini Makeovers by select Nordstrom Beauty Counters, decorate a re-useable tote bag craft, photo booth, pink “sweet treats” like cotton candy & popsicles and more.
Meanwhile, Westfield Century City celebrates the partnership with SaturYAY, a pop up Lounge curated by LUX/EROS with Market & DIY Workshops showcasing local and artisanal goods, and swoon-worthy service provided by ManServants. As part of Westfield’s VIPiNK Weekend, a portion of all proceeds benefit Bright Pink in support of breast and ovarian health. The event will feature DIY craft stations including an Alissa Bell Press handmade card workshop, Erin Ferro driftwood wall hanging workshop and Juniper + Fir macramé hanging planter workshop. Shoppers can attend a tarot card reading from Sees & Says and peruse the marketplace for Sandoval Home aromatics and culinary gift boxes from Valleybrink Road. RSVP for the event and workshops at centurycity@westfield.com. The first 50 RSVPs receive a signature tote.
