This year, Brian and Mira Lee received the Visionary Award from actress and Honest Company founder Jessica Alba, who thanked Brian Lee for guiding her through the formation of her own company. And who could do better than the gentleman who created Legal Zoom and Shoe Dazzle?

Woody Allen and Placido Domigo? A strange coupling indeed! You will have the opportunity to see the collaboration of these legends when the L.A. Opera opens their 2015-16 season on Sept. 12, for the revival of Woody’s opera production of Puccini’s “Gianni Schicchi.”
We had the pleasure of attending the debut of this delightful comedic opera in 2008, and it is the perfect vehicle to celebrate the 30th anniversary of our own L.A Opera. Domingo will star in this production, as well as conduct “Pagliacci,” starring Marco Berti and Ana Maria Martinez. Should be an evening to cherish.
Other highlights of this exciting new season include Mozart’s “The Magic Flute,” and Puccini’s classic “Madame Butterfly” and “La Boheme.”
To top it all off, two of the greatest voices of all time, Domingo and Renee Fleming, will combine forces for a one-night only concert, conducted by James Conlon.
We are certain this season of audience favorites will be a sell-out. For tickets, call 213.972.8001 or go to their website www.laopera.org.
