Brentwood’s Arnold Schwarzenegger told Time Magazine he has had a longtime friendship with former Russian leader, Gorbachev, and that every time he goes to Russia they have lunch together and talk politics, etc. He also told Time he did not cover up fathering his family housekeeper’s son. He just waited 13 years until the boy started to look like him… and then he said he was not trying to cover up the birth…. he just waited 13 years to tell his wife, who promptly went to see her attorney.

Brentwood’s Leslie Moonves, Head of CBS, Threatening to Sue Hopper DVD Ad Skipper

Dish Network has invented Hopper DVR which will automatically skip all television advertising and infuriate the TV networks. Brentwood’s Leslie Moonves, hPeter Paul Rubenead of CBS, is threatening to sue the Dish Network in what may become a classic lawsuit. He has joined other networks instituting the lawsuit and is also threatening to take all CBS programs off the Dish Network.

Marilyn Monroe Cafes Will Open Worldwide This September Featuring Coffee Drinks and Smoothies

The Toronto based Marilyn Monroe Cafe Franchise is promising to open a global chain of Marilyn Monroe Cafes, measuring 750 to 1500 square feet. Marilyn lived in Brentwood at the time of her death. Each shop will offer coffee drinks, smoothies, and pastries. There will be photos and quotes from Marilyn on the walls. The first Marilyn Monroe Cafe will open in Oakville, a suburb of Toronto, in September.

Restore Peter Paul Rubens’ Famous Master Painting
r />Brentwood’s Getty Museum is helping to finance the conservation of the “Triumph of the Eucharist†by Flemish artist Peter Paul Rubens. The famous artwork resides at the Prado Museum in Madrid. The Getty contributed $390,000.
