The Archer School for Girls invites its neighbors to “Literature &…†, which is an opportunity for students to present their own creative work by synthesizing literature and another discipline. The program will include creative pieces, short stories and essays about works of literature in general, as well as presentations, which join creative writing with analysis of history, pop culture, film, art history and philosophy.
Kristin Taylor, English Department Chair for Archer School, comments, “Archer’s annual Literature &…conference is a unique opportunity for students around Los Angeles to come together and share their passion for literature in an environment that is simultaneously joyful and intellectually exciting.”
Each multi-media presentation will be approximately 8 – 10 minutes. Archer School recommends this program for students, ages 15 and older, and for adults. There is no charge for admission.
