Kids and their families can celebrate Fall Festivals including Halloween, Diwali, Dia de los Muertos, and the Chinese Mid-Autumn Moon Festival during a fun afternoon at the Santa Monica Public Library on Saturday, October 27, 2012. Kids are encouraged to come in costume.
The fun begins at 1:30pm with dancer Rosalba Jasso who will demonstrate and teach participants Bollywood dances. At 2:30pm kids can make crafts, then join the costume parade at 3:00pm followed by the festival’s finale, Kiddle Karoo Halloween Adventure puppet show at 3:30pm.
Free tickets for the dance and the puppet show performances are available on the day of the festival after 12:00pm.
