Anne Alexander has joined the national real estate law firm Pircher, Nichols & Meeks as an associate in its Los Angeles office. Alexander, who specializes in land use and environmental law, is an addition to the firm’s real estate practice.
Prior to joining Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, Alexander was with Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, where she represented lenders, financial institutions, businesses and property owners in a broad array of land use, real estate and environmental matters since early 2009. Previously, she was with Latham & Watkins LLP and Irell & Manella LLP. Over the course of her career she has guided clients through the development process for large infrastructure projects and industrial facilities, as well as for commercial and residential developments.
Alexander received her J.D. in 2003 from UCLA School of Law, where she was a founding member and program coordinator of the Women’s Law Union and the chief comments editor of the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. She graduated cum laude from University of California, Los Angeles in 1995 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Italian.
