The 6th Annual Blues and Arts Festival will include music by Chet Cannon’s “Chet’s All Star Committee†featuring Nathan James, Scoty Williams, Chuck Arcilla, Mr. John Chambers and Tom Stewart. Harmonica player extraordinaire Billy Watson will also perform. Art will include: mosaics by artist Jose Rascon, pottery by Elwyn Freeman, Juan Silva who learned the art of Tablas Votivas from his Mother’s people the Huichol Indians, marine artist Scott O.
