Feel the excitement when your teens plunge into the specially-designed Santa Monica Playhouse after school World-of-Acting program, unleashing their creativity as they study with theatre professionals in a supportive and dynamic atmosphere to create an original play based on the world they live in.
Through the renowned Playhouse method, members learn to build a trusting ensemble and create truthful characterizations. Program focus includes voice and movement and culminates in a fully mounted stage production. Added bonuses include a new found sense of self, increased confidence, and a profound appreciation for the arts. 
Limited class size means every student receives personal attention, developing the ability to excel in performance on any stage and in any artistic endeavor – theatre, dance, musical performance, television, film – from school productions to the Broadway stage. Playhouse alumni include Jason Ritter, Emily Deschanel, Jason Segel, Shana Feste, Rina Mimoun.
