Donated by dozens of America’s leading growers from California, Hawaii and across the country, these incredible blooming plants will be available in a wide range of well-grown varieties of species and hybrids suitable for everyone, from the orchid novice to the advanced collector. Bidding and sales begin at 2:00 p.m. Doors will open at 1:00 p.m. for preview plant inspection and bidder registration.
This year’s auction will be conducted by two fully accredited American Orchid Society Judges, Doug Overstreet and Peter Lin. Their encyclopedic knowledge of orchids and lively banter insure an entertaining and informative auction experience.
The Orchid Society of Southern California has been fostering and encourage education with respect to the culture, growing, hybridization, preservation, and perpetuation of native and hybrid orchids of every variety, from all parts of the world, and to have fun growing beautiful flowering plants since 1940.
