The first annual Sugar & Stilettos Bake Sale Extravaganza is slated for Saturday, May 21, 2011 on the westside at 2306 Midvale Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90064 from 11am-3pm.
All profits from the bake sale will benefit The Westside Food Bank and St. Joseph Center’s Food Pantry in Venice.
SUGAR & STILETTOS will feature tasty treats from 20 of LA’s top bakeries which will be available along with the homemade goodies that the founding and associate members.
The Bake Sale Extravaganza will be a child friendly event. Creator/Founder, Nanci Christopher’s son, Joshua, will head up a Kid’s Table of baked goods baked by his friends as well as a Lemonade stand.
Other tables will offer: Scones & Muffins, Brownies & Bars, Quickbreads, Cakes, Cookies, Cobblers, Crumbles & Pies, Savory, Breads. There will be a Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free, Nut-Free, & Vegan table as well.
To compliment your treats, Molly Taylor will be at the event with her “The Sweets Truck†and featuring a full espresso bar.
