The Celiac Disease Foundation presents their Annual Education Conference and Food Faire on May 14, 2011 at the Hilton Hotel Los Angeles/Universal City, right next door to Universal Studios. The keynote speaker will be Alessio Fasano, MD, from The Center for Celiac Research at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
The event will also feature lectures by experts in the field of celiac disease, gluten intolerance and the gluten-free diet, as well as over 60 exhibitors with gluten-free products to sample.
