On March 27th The Malibu Lumber Yard will bring an eco-friendly all-you-can-do 30,000 square-foot retail destination on the former site of the historic Malibu Hardware & Lumber Yard. Featuring a unique blend of local and world-class commercial tenants, the Yard is situated on 2.7 beautiful acres at Pacific Coast Highway and Cross Creek Road, across from the Malibu Colony. Real estate developer Richard Weintraub and landscaper Richard Sperber have joined forces to deliver to Malibu residents a retail center and outdoor family destination that emphasizes conservation and environmental protection – and great food, drink and shopping.
Stores will include: Maxfield, Tory Burch, Intermix, Kitson Men, James Perse, alice + olivia, J.Crew, Planet Blue Kids, Theory and Andriana Shamaris. Crumbs – the bakery with the cupcakes raved about on both coasts will be there to tempt all. An eclectic variety of acclaimed restaurants will also be tenants as will a soon-to-be-announcedsalon and spa.
