A fatal accident July 12 claimed the life of 25-year old Daniel Levian and left his brother severely injured. The single-vehicle accident in the 1100 block of North Hillcrest Drive resulted in Levian’s death by multiple blunt force injuries.
Korosh Levian, 32, the victim’s brother, was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in critical but stable condition.
The driver, Sam Moghimi of Studio City, was arrested suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. The vehicle was north of Sunset on Hillcrest when the car hit a mailbox and a brick wall.
