UCLA SCOPE (Students for Community Outreach, Promotion and Education) will conduct a free health fair in collaboration with UCLA doctors and St. Mark’s Christian Coptic Church on Saturday, February 23rd, 2013 10:00am – 3:00pm. The fair will take place at St. Mark’s, 1600 South Robertson Blvd in Los Angeles.
The celebration of health and wellness will bring together a collection of displays and activities to improve one’s health including: free health screenings, eye exams, vital signs, lab tests, specialist doctors, mobile dental/optometry vans, information booths, and more including special events for children such as math bingo, book reading, and arts and crafts.
There will also be tables for vendors community organizations to provide information about low-cost resources that could improve people’s healthcare.
